Job Description
A Telesales Agent is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication techniques.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, customer inquiries, or databases.
- Qualify leads by assessing the customer’s needs and determining their interest in purchasing.
- Identify new sales opportunities and work to convert leads into customers.
