Job Description

The HR Admin will assist in the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, providing administrative support to HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and employee benefits. The role involves managing employee records

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate interviews.

Support the preparation of employment contracts and ensure timely onboarding for new hires.

Coordinate and schedule induction programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.

Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
