Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, advising patients on their proper use, ensuring medication safety, and collaborating with healthcare providers to promote optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following physician orders and ensuring proper dosage and instructions.
Provide patient counseling on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, dosage instructions, and storage requirements.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
