Cashier
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and issuing receipts.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., receipt paper, bags).
Maintain an accurate cash drawer, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and courteous manner, offering solutions when necessary.
