Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Network: Existing client base in IT or Non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.

Flexibility: Ability to work independently and drive sales on a freelance basis.

Compensation: Commission-based with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT & Non-IT staffing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Cloudoplus staffing services.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
