Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer to join our radiology team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, according to physician orders and patient needs.
Position patients correctly for imaging procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and safe during the process.
Ensure all radiology equipment is in proper working condition and report any malfunctions or concerns to the department supervisor.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring their understanding of the procedure.
Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and yourself.
