Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities within the organization. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition to prevent downtime and disruptions in production.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend the life of machinery and equipment.
Supervise and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Monitor the condition of machinery and equipment, ensuring that they meet safety and operational standards.
Oversee routine inspections, testing, and servicing of equipment to identify issues before they lead to major breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues as they arise in production or facility equipment.
