Front of House (FOH) Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality environment, such as a restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue. The role involves interacting with guests, handling their inquiries, and ensuring a positive and smooth experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure guests are promptly seated or assisted with their needs upon arrival.
Provide menus, inform guests about the establishment’s offerings, and answer any initial questions.
Escort guests to their tables or desired areas, ensuring they are comfortable.
