Job Description

A Call Center Agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. Call Center Agents are expected to offer excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and assist customers with a variety of needs, including troubleshooting, sales inquiries, billing issues, and product or service support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to all incoming calls with the highest level of quality and productivity.

·       Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while addressing customer inquiries, strengthening relationships, and increasing sales through cross-selling and lead generation.

·       Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

·       Ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions, fulfilling any requests and resolving issues as promised.

·       Address customer complaints professionally and work towards efficient problem resolution.

·       Maintain and update customer data and information regularly to ensure accuracy.

·       Provide management with consistent and actionable customer feedback.

·       Adhere to bank policies and security protocols by verifying customer identities before sharing sensitive information.
