We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any stream

• Mandatory front office/receptionist experience in hospital or clinic in UAE

• knowledge if billing & insurance

• Effective Communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.

Problem Solving:

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
  • Offer solutions to customer problems, including refunds, replacements, or service adjustments.
