We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, and helping streamline office processes.
Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are always stocked.
Assist with preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
Maintain office organization, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office equipment, and organizing workspaces.
