Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, representing the company in a positive and professional manner. 

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

Maintain and organize office supplies and manage inventory levels.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including filing, data entry, and document management.
