Job Description

The Admin Cum Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Office Management:

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining the office’s overall organization and cleanliness.
  • Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Customer Service:

  • Address inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
  • Maintain financial records and receipts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
