Job Description

The Admin Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office or department. 


Experience : should have minimum 2 year UAE experience in the same role

Should have UAE Driving License

Expert in using MS office tools especially Excel.

Candidate should be inside UAE

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Oversee the general operation of the office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and smoothly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, reorder items when necessary, and track usage.
  • Manage office equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained and functional.

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage calendars for meetings, appointments, and events for team members or executives.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for staff when required.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and other arrangements.
