Job Description
The Homecare Assistant Nurse is responsible for providing essential nursing care and support to patients in their homes, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. This role involves assisting with daily activities, administering medications, performing basic medical tasks, and monitoring patient conditions to ensure comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Help patients with mobility, transferring them from beds to chairs, and ensuring they are comfortable and safe.
Provide assistance with eating, including feeding patients if necessary, and helping with meal preparation based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
