The candidate should have relevant experience managing documentation required for UAE Visa, dealing with expat travel plans & ticket and hotel stay management. The person should have good communication and social skills to interact with with the PRO teams to efficiently process candidate visa's and travel.
Candidate should be organised and be well versed with Advanced MS Excel.
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to full integration into the company.
Prepare and deliver orientation sessions, introducing new employees to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate the completion of necessary documentation for new hires, including contracts, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
Ensure that new employees have the necessary equipment, workspace, and access to company systems and tools before their start date.
