Requirements:
Prior experience in HR functions, including recruitment and administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts to new hires.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, setting up accounts, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
