Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
· 2+ years of UAE HR experience, with a focus on blue-collar workforce management.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
· Proven experience in payroll processing and recruitment.
Manage the onboarding programs & off boarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Ensure all final settlements and clearance processes are handled efficiently.
· Managing accurate and timely payroll processing for blue-collar staff.
· Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
· Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
· Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
· Manage the HR budget related to manpower and outsourcing, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, Visa processing, labor laws, and industry standards.
· Maintain accurate employee records and generate several key HR reports as needed.
