Job Description

Seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, benefits, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

 Candidates must have 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates to fill open positions.

Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting effective communication between staff and management.

Performance Management: Supporting performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and helping to develop performance improvement plans.

Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
