Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Midwife to join our maternity team. In this role, you will provide care and support to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. You will assist in delivering babies, offer prenatal and postnatal care, and educate expectant mothers on health, nutrition, and childbirth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prenatal care to expectant mothers, including regular check-ups, assessments, and monitoring of the pregnancy’s progress.
Educate women and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting, ensuring they understand the process and are well-prepared.
Assist in the delivery of babies, managing labor, and providing emotional and physical support to mothers during childbirth.
Monitor the condition of mothers and babies during labor, identifying any complications and alerting the appropriate medical team when necessary.
Assist with postnatal care, helping mothers with breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery following delivery.
