eventlab is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Must be currently based in Dubai.
Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Strong experience in employee onboarding and integration.
Excellent understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sports industry background is a plus.
Lead the full recruitment cycle and employee onboarding process.
Drive company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Manage HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and maintain updated HR policies.
Develop and implement employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
Provide strategic HR guidance to the leadership team.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relationships.
Oversee training and development programs.
