Job Description
The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for oil and gas projects. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure effective reporting and monitoring to keep projects on track and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of project budgets, ensuring that costs are monitored, controlled, and aligned with the financial goals of the project.
Track project expenditures, ensuring that costs remain within budget and identifying any potential cost overruns.
Provide regular cost performance reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.
Work with procurement and finance teams to analyze and forecast cash flow requirements.
