Job Description
The Junior Operations role is designed for individuals starting their career in the oil and gas industry. The primary responsibility is to assist in the daily operations of production facilities, drilling operations, or offshore/onshore oil and gas projects. This includes supporting senior operations staff, ensuring safe work practices, monitoring equipment, and learning operational procedures in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and operating oil and gas production equipment and facilities under the guidance of senior staff.
Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and within specified parameters.
Support routine checks and monitoring of machinery, pumps, compressors, and other equipment.
Identify and report any operational anomalies or issues to senior operations staff.
